With Moonshine MFG’s exclusive 30-day performance guarantee you get confidence that you’re investing with the right brand and that you will get a board that is right for you. Here’s how works: If you are not completely satisfied with your Moonshine board, for any reason, within the first 30 days of purchase, Moonshine will offer a one-time exchange for another Moonshine deck of your choosing (certain rules apply). WARRANTY POLICY
Step 1: Determine whether the damage should be covered by warranty. Here are a few things that are NOT covered by warranty.
- Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.
- Any problem resulting from misuse, abuse, impact or neglect.
- Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness.
- Parts or hardware that were lost or have gone missing AFTER receiving your shipment.
Step 2: Send an email, with pictures, a description and your contact information to info@moonshinemfg.com. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a call. We want to see you back on your Moonshine MFG gear almost as much as you want to use it. Please be patient we will work to get your case resolved as quick as possible. Most warranties are usually resolved in a timely manner and will be processed in the order they come in. If you lose patience, no problem just call with your warranty case number and our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Step 3: We will contact you with further instruction. *Return shipping on warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer. Moonshine MFG will cover shipping charges on all items replaced or repaired under warranty.
